Spring Mix

Salad mix that changes with the seasons. Four kinds of lettuce make the base combined with auxiliary greens depending on the time of the year. Spinach, Mustard Greens, Baby Kale, Beet Greens, Arugula and Baby Tatsoi are combined depending on the time of the year.


One of our favourites here on the farm, not only for it’s bright vibrant colour but also for it’s versatility. It can be used in salads, sandwiches, smoothies & juicing. A cold hardy crop that we have available during the months of April to early June then from mid-Sept thru December.


Tatsoi is an asian green, it has dark green spoon-shaped leaves which form a thick rosette. It has a soft creamy texture and has a subtle yet distinctive flavour. Tatsoi is a very versatile green, equally suited to being served raw or lightly cooked. Salad Tomato

Cherry Tomatoes

We offer two types of cherry tomatoes this year. Sakura – Real sweet tomato flavor and firmness without being hard. Sun Gold – Exceptionally sweet, bright tangerine-orange cherry tomatoes
